Who is the controller of the personal data?
For the purposes set out in the following section, EULEN Panamá de Servicios S.A. may process, depending on the service provided to users, the following personal data:
Users shall refrain from entering through the website data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data relating to health or data relating to sex life or sexual orientations.
EULEN Group, will process the users data, manually and/or automatically, to comply with the following purposes and in accordance with the bases of legitimacy:

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (art. 6.2.Law Nª81): We will process your data in accordance with this basis of legitimacy for: the management of the contracting of services after the acceptance of the quotation or the execution of the contract signed.

It is possible to process the data of the disability certificate in case you have it and would like to provide it to companies wishing to hire people with disabilities in order to comply with current regulations. The data we request are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary and in any case are you obliged to provide them, but their non-communication may affect the purpose of the service or the impossibility of providing it.
However, all contact information on the forms marked with an asterisk* must be provided, since their omission could make it impossible to provide the services or information requested (for example, if the user does not provide certain information in the Complaints Mailbox, the complaint cannot be processed properly).
In the same way, you have the possibility and the right to withdraw your consent for any specific purpose granted at the time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the proper provision of the service offered or for any of the purposes set out above, as well as to meet the responsibilities that may arise from it and any other legal requirement.
Your data may be communicated to companies belonging to the EULEN Group (www.eulen.com), for internal administrative management based on legitimate interest.
