It is a company whose purpose is to integrate people with disabilities into the labour market, providing them with paid, productive employment that is appropriate to their abilities, as well as the personal and social adjustments they require. The EULEN Group currently has more than twenty EWCs throughout Spain.

Behind every Special Employment Centre there is a specialised Support Unit. EULEN Special Employment Centre carries out an Action Plan for each of the services in which it operates, in an individualised and personalised manner. Its intervention is based on individualised support, training, monitoring, development of skills and adjustment measures that intervene in the four areas of action to be developed: Labour, Social-Family, Rehabilitation-Therapeutic and Cultural-Ludic/Sports, which ensures adequate personal and labour integration.
