Facilitate a channel of communication with its governing bodies that serves as an instrument for reporting any irregularity or conduct contrary to the law, to the principles contained in the Group’s Code of Ethics, or any conduct that could give rise to the commission of any type of offence.

Is the provision of data voluntary?

The provision of data to GRUPO EULEN companies is completely voluntary, but if you do not provide it, the complaint cannot be properly processed.

What personal data do we collect about you?

We collect the personal data you provide us with as part of your registration and any additional personal data you provide us with to update your registration data. These are contact details – primarily first name, surname, e-mail address, company, job title and professional contact details, landline and mobile phone number, and other contact details.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

Consent requested. Legitimate interest in complying with current regulations, internal regulations and the EULEN Group’s code of ethics.

How long will we keep your data?

Until you revoke your consent, until the contractual relationship with our Group companies is terminated or until the statute of limitations for the reported event has expired.
